I would like to welcome you to the City of Franklin Springs. We are located in Franklin County, Georgia and have been incorporated for 95 years. The City Government consist of a Mayor and four Council Members and provide many services to its citizens.

The City of Franklin Springs is a small, friendly place with great citizens and employees. Home to Emmanuel College and Rocky Ridge Trucks, Franklin Springs is blessed to have business located in our community that will serve the future of Franklin Springs and Franklin County.
